Research

Quantum computing is my second field. I work mostly on quantum machine learning and on measuring quantum systems efficiently.

projects

Classical shadows

in progress

Classical shadows estimate many properties of a quantum state from a small number of randomized measurements. With a collaborator, I finalized an encoding protocol, and I’m now building the experiment stack: a uv workspace with a shared data package, Hydra for configuration and MLflow for tracking. I wrote about it in Classical shadows, briefly.

Quantum ML and privacy

in progress

A co-authored working paper on quantum machine learning and privacy. Still in progress.

BreaQ 2025

2nd place

Before I helped organize BreaQ, I competed in it. Our team placed second nationally, and I led the quantum machine learning work.

Red-teaming object detectors

concept

Robustness validation for YOLO-family object detectors, which I pitched for EDTH 2026.

Tools: Qiskit, PennyLane, PyTorch, Hydra and MLflow.
